Shayne you mean that sp4 don't run on startup? have you checked your configuration? a lot a lot of problems
how much money they want from us to create a stable management software for his (ours) cards? hmmmm

you're right. thank you. the drivers inside sp4 are the same as the ones inside 3.1c. same version and same release date. i've not installed the software because my activation keys are blocked with the common problem. from now i'm not using my machine and i wait for testing sp4.

just to tell something: activation keys automatic system is not functioning, same probs as some of us have, i've installed the driver.. is the same as the old 3.1c.. 1.50.13, with the known probs with win xp. stuttering, strange behaviour with 24 bit devices, etc etc. it's a great update!! nothing ...

If you use 98se or millenium you can dwld POWERDEFRAG, (http://www.powerdefrag.com/).
This small utility defrag your hard drives before the start of oS. Is not a prob if you have something in autoexec or autorun that disturb the process.

After a long time of different settings i have resolved a big part of my probs.
I have uninstalled, (completly), my sblive.
Pulsar II now is perfect working with SFP3.1a. No more probs with clicks on wave io, no more probs with lost sync in acid, no more probs with XP, (already optimized), also no ...

i think the only solution is to reinstall XP. obviously a new copy. i never had this prob and i use two twins xp with 3.1a, for safe my work if one OS die.
but one friend has this prob.
spend time to reinstall it.

same configuration same problem. well i don't kknow what kind of news has the new update for 3.1. but i know tha the driver is the same. this is the first important thing if you are using win2k or XP... i'm waiting for THIS update. from now sfp has a nice interface but a lot of problems ...
