The scope pro fix into XPS 600 case ?

I want to buy one Dell XPS 600 for my CW scope professional .

The configuration is :

Pentium D 840 ( Dual Core Processor )
256MB PCI ExpressTM x16 GeForce 7800GTX
650 Watt power supply

Slots
3 PCI slots
1 PCIe x1 slot
2 PCIe x16 (graphics) slot

The Pentium D and PCI Express 7800GTX ...

ASUS P4P800 E-Deluxe is good ?

at 7 / 13 or 25ms work fine

I made a test

If my pulsar project cancels and puts again

wave dest 1, wavelab or sound forge RECORD !!!!!! works fine .

If I stop recording and try again it doesn't work but if I cancel wave dest 1 and put again .... WORKS FINE !!!! WHY ???
