I have recently sold my creamware setup but foolishly did not uninstall sfp before removing the hardware. Now the uninstall won't initialize due to no hardware being present.

The presence of SFP seems to be causing my system to become unstable even though the hardware is not present. ie on starts ...

Many thanks, I've only tried whispering with the effect enabled at the moment (child asleep in bed) but it sounds absolutely wonderful.

Looking forward to trying it properly tomorrow.

Thanks again

Thanks for the reply.

For some reason the file I downloaded has the file extension .mdl not .dev

I'm a bit confused.

I also posted at the nuendo forum. Akind forum member, Flametop, tested xtc and nuendo 2 for me. This is the response.....

I setup a drum track for reference and tried two copies of it, one with XTC effects inserted, and then a single track sending to an XTC equipped FX track (send effect in Cubase ...

Finally the word is out. Creamware make some superb hard/software, but seem to market it terribly.

Great review but annoying that it didn't include the high-end effects such as vinco

I asked about vst3 on the creamware forums, but so far I've had no response. I suppose it is early days, but the thought of full delay compensation throughout the signal path is exciting.

Every time I reload a project in cubase sx, the majority of xtc settings have not been saved.

Sometimes the project isn't reloading correctly at all with different non pulsar, native vst plugins loading where there has previously been xtc ones.

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

Many ...

All I can say is fantastic.

Amplitube costs about 8 times this and I'm not sure it sounds as good.

I've only just tried xtc mode. As you say in cubase sx delay is compensated for one insert on an audio channel. However I don't find this to be the case on vsti channels.
Maybe its because I've done something wrong. I'll experiment some more.

I think I'm getting it now..

When I referred to the delay between effected and uneffected sound, I was using NI battery and masterverb. If i try working at the lowest latency and route battery's output to a channel with the xtc delay compensation plug as an insert everything should work. I'll give ...

I didn't have the inputs and outputs of the merge device connected....

Now to sort out the delay between effected and uneffected sound, but i will get there.

Thanks everyone for the help and suggestions.

Thanks for all your help and suggestions. Well the midi is working and there's audio getting into cubase, but alas nothing coming out.

I will however persist, until I get it working, unless someone helpful soul can send me a suitable powersampler xtcproject.pro. Thanks if anyone can help.
