I finally update my OS to Windows 2000. When installing Pulsar, the Windows 2000 drivers are inside the version 3.0 zip files which I downloaded. But the initial installer zip file won't run until the drivers are installed; catch 22. My original CD ROM is version 1.0 and only contains WIN98 drivers ...
